3 good reasons to take part or to register someone to a Training by ALPS Automation
Achieve a specific and realistic goal. The secret of effective training lies in clearly defining its purpose: Why this training? For what purpose? Why now? The answers usually arise quite easily when it comes to short and targeted training.
Update its knowledge. Whatever the initial training, a skills assessment is needed regularly because of our rapidly changing technical environment! In general, a first review of skills is recommended after ten years of activity. This update of skills should be discussed during the yearly performance review meeting with his employer. It can be part of the company’s training plan!

automation, practiced in various fields (machine, process, etc …)
